These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GovFrameworks website and platform (the “Platform”).

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using this website or Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy, and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

GovFrameworks is an information, intelligence, and enablement platform designed to support suppliers, organisations, and professionals engaging with public sector frameworks, Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPSs), and dynamic markets.

GovFrameworks does not:

  • act as a contracting authority or buyer
  • make procurement decisions
  • award contracts or frameworks

3. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing or using the Platform, you are deemed to accept these Terms.
Where registration or submission of information is required, acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy will be explicitly confirmed.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, GovFrameworks does not guarantee:

  • framework admission
  • tender success
  • contract awards
  • commercial or financial outcomes

All procurement and commercial decisions remain with contracting authorities, buyers, and framework providers.

5. AI-Enabled Services (Important)

The Platform uses artificial intelligence and automated processes to:

  • analyse data
  • recommend framework and tender opportunities
  • match or rank suppliers
  • generate insights and suggestions

AI-generated outputs:

  • are informational only
  • do not constitute legal, procurement, or commercial advice
  • must be independently assessed before reliance

GovFrameworks accepts no liability for decisions made solely on automated outputs.

6. User Accounts

Users must:

  • provide accurate and complete information
  • keep login credentials secure
  • notify us of unauthorised access

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • these Terms are breached
  • information is misleading
  • platform integrity or other users are at risk

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • upload unlawful, misleading, or infringing content
  • attempt unauthorised access
  • misuse data or platform functionality
  • misrepresent eligibility, experience, or compliance

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including software, databases, content, branding, and materials, are owned by or licensed to GOVFRAMEWORKS LTD.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for lawful business purposes only.

9. Fees and Future Services

Certain services may be offered on a paid basis in the future.
Where applicable, pricing and commercial terms will be communicated separately and agreed in writing before any charges apply.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • all implied warranties are excluded
  • GovFrameworks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
  • liability is limited to foreseeable losses only

Nothing limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
